Frequently asked questions
Do I need to share my Twitch password?
No, never. The connection uses the official Twitch device code: you enter a short code on twitch.tv/activate – the same process as signing in on a TV. You can revoke access in your Twitch settings at any time.
Does my PC have to stay on?
No. Everything runs on our servers. You can close the tab, shut down your PC and check your points from your phone whenever you like.
Why are only 2 channels watched at the same time?
That is a Twitch limit that applies to everyone. We always watch your top 2 live streamers automatically. Bonuses, raids and predictions still work for every streamer on your list.
What happens with predictions – can I lose points?
Only if you enable them. Predictions are off by default, and if you turn them on you control the strategy, stake and limits. Losses are part of betting, not a malfunction.
How do I cancel paid slots?

How do I delete my account and data?
